SPRINTS ARE USEFUL STARTING POINT FOR NEW PRODUCTS AS WELL AS SOLVING THE PROBLEMS WITH AN EXISTING PRODUCT

Product Launch

Using the techniques of Inspiration, Ideation, and Implementation; the team together design a new solution, build prototype, and test ideas with real customers before putting them out into the world.

Software Development

With help of tools of innovation and requirement discovery, and agile engineering; the team builds a demonstrable prototype of software solutions required to meet the business requirements and user interests

Every idea is unique and has its set of challenges. During the Discovery day, we listen to the ideas carefully; we understand the unique problem that will get solved with the application of the ideas, we make assumptions, develop business model canvas, and align everyone participating in the product launch sprint with a vision of why, how and what is that can help our client achieve their objectives in a right way.

Our creativity soars when we develop the conviction about the things. On day two of our workshop, we harness our thoughts and ideas through a channelized pipeline to accomplish an optimum level of mastery over the matter.

We conduct value curve, mind mapping, user journey map, and storyboarding to discover the connections, emotions, essence, and voice that will entice a customer to buy the product.

We evaluate the missing links in the storyboard, revisit the assumptions and evaluate the hypothesis to strengthen our conviction about the product idea. We aim to strengthen our conviction about the factors such as relative advantage, complexity, communication and observability to guide a user to make the purchase decisions.

We spend the second half of day learning about the prototyping and start prototyping the app together with the team. We end the day reflecting on the first version of the prototype indulging into the select and group critique techniques.

The Prototyping Model is a systems development method in which a prototype is built, tested, and then reworked as necessary until an acceptable prototype is finally achieved from which the complete system or product can now be developed.

This model works best in scenarios where not all of the project requirements are known in detail ahead of time. It is an iterative, trial-and-error process that takes place between the developers and the users.

Our day five starts with the sorting and review of final prototype and remove any ambiguity as may be found during the review.

The team holds together in their hand a promising product solution, and ready-for-demonstration prototype. That feeling itself brings the glow on the face of the participants.

We farther the day with customer feedback, survey review and/or discussion on the information architecture and launch roadmap.

Our team of product management with UI/UX developer works on mid-fidelity prototype, prepares them to be interactive and presentable on the web/mobile device. We reviews the interactive wireframe with the client, adjusts gaps or any suggestions, and conducts the customer interview. We also develops the System Design Specification Document along with the suggested technical architecture to help client commission the project for the development.

Our final delivery includes:

  • NDesign ready mid-fidelity prototype
  • N Review with the client
  • N System Design Specification document
  • N Technical Architecture for the product development
